Dallas Buyers Club is based on the true story of Ron Woodroof (McConaughy) a homophobic electrician and rodeo cowboy who gets diagnosed with HIV.
Matthew McConaughy tells us how he lost weight for the part and how his family helped him. He's looking forward to Oscars and is proud of the finished film which was made on a tight budget and in just 25 days.
