Facebook is changing your feed... and you are probably going to like it

News that Facebook is changing it's feed normally leaves most people a little bit annoyed. However the platform has announced it’s making some changes to it’s algorithm and we have a feeling most people are going to like them…

Facebook has announced they will favour content from actual people rather than brands and publishers when deciding what will appear on your news feed.

The change which Facebook are calling ‘Friends and Family come first’ means you will be more likely to see what your mates had for brunch and less about Hiddleswift and Biebs falling over.

Facebook explained the change comes after feedback from its users that they are worried they are missing ‘important updates’ from people they care about.
