Emma Stone announces engagement with romantic photo

Huge congratulations are in order for Emma Stone, who has announced her engagement! The actress, who is best known for her roles in La La Land and Crazy, Stupid, Love, is engaged to her boyfriend of two years Dave McCary, who is a segment producer for hit US show Saturday Night Live.
Confirming the happy news on Instagram, Dave shared a photo of himself and Emma looking totally loved up and showing off the beautiful engagement ring to the camera, writing a simple love-heart emoji as the caption.
Fans were absolutely over the moon for the pair, who are thought to have met when Emma appeared on the show in December 2016 and were first photographed together in November 2017.
Many took to the comments section on Dave's post to share their happiness, leaving messages of congratulations. Emma, who dated Andrew Garfield from 2010-2015, does not have any social media profiles, and so doesn't have anything to share a post on!

I got a bit carried away though – it went on for 17 minutes!"
Faye, who plays the role of Kate Connor in Coronation Street, then added, "We were both crying the whole way through. Once it was finished, Gareth got down on one knee and said: 'Will you spend the rest of your life with me?' And of course I said yes straight away."

Emma, who is starring in a live-action remake of Disney's 101 Dalmatians, opened up about the prospect of marriage and children in an interview with Elle in August 2018, saying, "My perspective about kids has changed as I've gotten older. I never babysat or anything.
"As a teenager, I was like, I'm never getting married, I'm never having kids'. And then I got older and I was like, I really want to get married, I really want to have kids."
