Ed Sheeran wins an Ivor Novello award for Songwriter of the Year
Ed Sheeran has won the the prestigious Ivor Novello award for Songwriter of the Year. He was recognised for his album X which spent 12 weeks at the top spot.
The singer posted a photo of his award on Instagram following the award ceremony which was held at London's Grosvenor House this afternoon (21st May).
Backstage In:Demand Showbiz caught up with Ed to ask him how he was feeling and with all his jetting around whether he had time to really visit the places he was performing.
Ed is currently part way through his world tour and has three sold out dates at Wembley stadium in July, we asked him how he was feeling about it.
