Ed Sheeran presents Canadian awards show with a kitten – CUTE!
He gets even more loveable
Continuing his relentless campaign to officially become the most loved man in pop, Ed Sheeran co-hosted a Canadian awards ceremony with an adorable kitten on Sunday night!
Before Ed took to the Much Music Video Awards stage at the 299 Queen Street West venue in Toronto, a short video was playing showing Ed playing with two adorable cats.
He turned to the camera and said: “Oh, hi! I’m Ed Sheeran. Cat lover, tattoo enthusiast and smokey voiced ginger icon.”
Ed then appeared on stage clutching his ultra-cute feline guest prompting his fellow host, Modern Family actress Sarah Hyland, to ask: “Is this for me? I thought it was for me?”
Clearly endeared to his furry sidekick, Ed proceeded to keep hold of the kitten for the rest of the segment. Cute!
As well as hosting, Ed performed ‘Thinking Out Loud’ and ‘Photograph’ live on the night and also came home with the Most Buzzworthy International Artist or Group award.
Candian R&B sensation The Weeknd – aka Abel Tesfaye – was the biggest winner on the night scooping four honours – Video of the Year, Best Director (Sam Pilling) and Best Pop Video for ‘Often’ and Most Buzzworthy Candian.
