Dappy Charged With Assault

N-Dubz and Celebrity Big Brother star Dappy has been charged with assault.
The alleged incident happened in the early hours of Thursday morning (27th February) outside a nightspot in Chelmsford, Essex.
The 26-year-old singer - real name Costadinos Contostavlos - was released on police bail and will appear in court at a later date.
An Essex police spokesperson said: "Costadinos Contostavlos, aged 26, from Sandridge, St Albans, has been charged with an assault by beating following an incident outside a nightclub in Moulsham Street in Chelmsford in the early hours of February 27."
Earlier in the night Dappy had performed live at Chicago’s Nightclub. He tweeted shortly afterwards: “Had a great night in Chicagos. Crowd was amazing.”
Dappy came second in Celebrity Big Brother back in January losing out to comedian Jim Davidson.
