Corrie viewers spotted something unusual behind Pat Phelan's hospital bed
Did you notice this?
Coronation Street viewers were left amused whilst tuning into Monday night’s episode when they spotted something very unusual behind soap villain Pat Phelan’s bed.
The scene showed character Andy Carver visiting Pat in his hospital bed and viewers couldn’t help but notice the quantity of plug sockets behind his bed…
In a standard hospital bed there is usually around 2-4 plug sockets so fans were left amused at the 20 plus visible in the scene…
Of course we have to remember this is a soap and not real life but we wouldn't like their electricity bill!
Eagle eyed Corrie fans have noticed a few blunders in the soap over the last few months. Back in November viewers expressed their humour when character Anne Windass attempted to make her way around the living room on her crutches, only for them to be the compete wrong way around.

EastEnders viewers were also left ‘cringing’ at an episode earlier in the month when the soap tried to appeal to their younger audience with a scene involving social media app Snapchat.
The scene in question involved Louise Mitchell send a Snapchat photo of herself to Shakil Kazemi, however eagle eyed viewers noticed she wasn’t actually using the popular app and instead had her front camera open. This meant she would have saved the video of herself in her own phone rather than sending it to Shakil.
