Cheryl has shown her support for fellow celebrity Jennifer Aniston just hours after she released an open letter to address pregnancy rumours about herself.
Admitting she was ‘fed up’ the former Friends star revealed she doesn’t like the way woman get portrayed in the public eye and released a very candid letter.
The letter reads:
“I'm fed up with the sport-like scrutiny and body shaming that occurs daily under the guise of 'journalism,' the 'First Amendment,' and 'celebrity news.'
"This past month in particular has illuminated for me how much we define a woman’s value based on her marital and maternal status. The sheer amount of resources being spent right now by press trying to simply uncover whether or not I am pregnant (for the bajillionth time... but who’s counting) points to the perpetuation of this notion that women are somehow incomplete, unsuccessful, or unhappy if they’re not married with children.
"Yes, I may become a mother some day, and since I’m laying it all out there, if I ever do, I will be the first to let you know." (sic)
Cheryl, who has had to deal with pregnancy rumours of her own since she started dating One Direction singer Liam Payne, immediately showed her support for Jen.
The former Girls Aloud star tweeted a link to Jennifer’s letter with the caption ‘Just when I thought I couldn’t love her any more’.
The 32-year-old is questioned constantly about whether she is ready to start a family but it seems she is more than happy with her other new arrival…
Cheryl posted a cute snap of her tiny new pooch at the weekend sitting on boyfriend Liam Payne’s knee.
The Geordie girl got fans talking by adding the caption ‘Our new family member, he is beyond cute… the dog is adorable too’.
Cheryl and Liam started dating back in February and it seems their relationship is going from strength to strength.
