The stars were in London for the premiere of the long awaited 'Captain America: The Winter Soldier'. We were lucky enough to get some time with the cast of the film, including Samuel L Jackson, Scarlett Johansson and Chris Evans.

Scarlett Johansson and Chris Evans told us what it was like keeping fit for the film, as they did as many of the stunts and free running as they could. However, they both seemed disgusted by the idea of an ice bath to relax their muscles after working out.

Both actors are now very much 'in' the Marvel world having starred in multiple Marvel films each, however Chris Evans says he didn't grow up reading comics and only started reading them as an adult, but now as a new appreciation for them.

Samuel L Jackson reprised his role of Nick Fury and explained why he finds it difficult to remember his lines wearing an eye patch. The actor, who has starred in over 100 movies in the past 30+ years is signed to a 9-picture deal and enjoys traversing the Marvel Universe. He will be back in the UK working on Avengers: Age of Ultron and Tarzan, both due to start filming later this year.

Based on the ever-popular Marvel comic book series, first published in 1941, Marvel’s “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” is produced by Kevin Feige, directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, from a screenplay by Christopher Markus & Stephen McFeely, and stars Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Cobie Smulders, Frank Grillo, Emily VanCamp and Hayley Atwell, with Robert Redford as Alexander Pierce and Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury.
