Calvin Harris and Rita Ora Split Up
The Scottish superstar DJ breaks the news on Twitter
Calvin Harris and Rita Ora have split up after one year of dating.
Following an explosion of online rumours, 30-year-old Calvin took to Twitter last Friday to confirm the news to his 4million followers.
He wrote: "To address speculation - myself and Rita ended our relationship some time ago. She is a beautiful, talented woman and I wish her all the best."
Despite a flurry of social media activity in the past few days, Rita Ora has yet to pass comment on the split.
A month ago, Rita posted this image on Instagram along with the caption "I miss this face." It’s unclear whether they’d already split at the time
Calvin wrote and produced Rita’s anthem ‘I Will Never Let You Down’, which stormed to number one in the UK back in April.
Rita and Calvin began dating in May 2013 and spent much of the past year jetting between their multiple homes in Los Angeles in London.
