Beyonce launches Formation scholarships for four female students

Beyonce has launched ‘Formation scholarships’ to mark one year since she released her Lemonade album.
Making the announcement on her website Beyonce.com, the aim of the scholarships is ‘to encourage and support young women who are unafraid to think outside the box and are bold, creative, conscious and confident.’ Bey will pay the fees of four students for next academic year.
Ladies eligible to apply are ‘female incoming, current or graduate students pursuing studies in creative arts, music, literature or African-American studies.’
