Perhaps you've been working quite hard today, or maybe you're on night shifts, but the rest of the UK has spent several hours watching a livestream of a puddle in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne.

Yes, just when you thought January was the most depressing month of the year, clever clogs company Drummond Central spotted an opportunity to livestream peoples hilarious attempts to navigate their feet around a daunting puddle.

With it now being 2016, naturally the internet decided it rather liked this stream (no pun intended) and immediately started to go crazy for it, sharing it far and wide across the globe. At the time of writing there had been over 150,000 likes and 20,000 viewers via streaming app, Periscope. Not only that but the hashtag #DrummondPuddleWatch quickly became the second top trending topic on Twitter in THE WORLD.
