Ant McPartlin looks healthy and happy in fan selfie after laying low for months

Ant McPartlin has stayed out of the public eye over the last few months. After being charged with a drink driving offence, Ant entered rehab for his struggles with addiction, and has kept a low profile ever since.
Although fans are all rooting for him and wish him well, they have missed seeing him on their TV screens standing alongside his on-screen partner and best friend, Declan Donnelly.
Thankfully, a fan spotted him over the weekend whilst out for a stroll, and he happily consented to having a selfie with her.
The photo was posted to an Ant and Dec Twitter fan account with the caption, 'Ant with a fan in Wimbledon yesterday.'
Fans took to the comments to share their happiness and relief at seeing Ant looking so happy and healthy. One wrote, 'Great to see Ant out and about. Love him. He still has time for his fans after all he's been through. That says a lot about him he is a legend.'
Another added, 'Aww. So lovely to see him. He looks great,' as one other commented, 'He looks better but tired at the same time, love him lots.'

Ant split from his wife of 11 years Lisa Armstrong earlier this year, and is reported to have moved on with his PA, Anne-Marie Corbett.
Although he has kept a low profile and stepped down from all his presenting jobs since the road accident, Ant has been photographed with his new girlfriend looking much happier in himself.
This comes after ITV boss Carolyn McCall confirmed that Ant would return to his job as soon as he is ready. She told ITV News, "Clearly he won't come back a moment too soon. He will come back when he's well and when he is ready to come back, and ITV will not be putting him under any pressure to come back unless he's well and fit enough to come back."
