X Factor winner and former Strictly Come Dancing finalist Alexandra Burke has hinted she has a new boyfriend, after posting a loved-up picture of the pair on Instagram.

The photo, which shows Alexandra and Hull City footballer Angus MacDonald sat smiling together, was posted by Angus on his Instagram story, which Alexandra then reposted on her story.

The story was captioned with a smiley face.

The 'Bad Boys' singer then shared another image of the food they ate, with the caption, 'Yum... Dinner with great company😍'.

The news of her new relationship comes after she reportedly split with fiancé Josh Ginnelly and deleted all traces of him from her Instagram account. However, she has not actually confirmed that the pair have split.

At the time, rumours begun to swirl that her and Josh had gone their separate ways, with a source telling The Daily Mirror Alexandra had jetted off to Italy for a friend's wedding to deal with the split, adding, 'They were having rows and realised it was better if they weren't together'.

Alexandra had revealed just months before that the duo's wedding had been postponed until 2020 due to career committments.

Speaking to Hello!, she said, "I always did say it wouldn't happen in 2019 because I knew I wanted to work and there's a lot more that I want to do before I get married.

"It's about enjoying this moment in life - we want to travel a little bit more before settling down. And there's no time to plan anything!".

She went on to say, "I'm not handing over my life to a wedding planner as I want to be a part of it all and make sure that Josh and I are happy with everything".

We can't wait to see more pictures of the pair!
