Cointreau Pear and Cinnamon Fizz

The Classic Cointreau Fizz provides a light and refreshing cocktail championing the natural sweetness and orange notes of Cointreau paired with fresh lime and sparkling water.

Ingredients---------------

• 40 ml Cointreau - 10 ml fresh lime juice - 50 ml pear juice - 40 ml sparkling water

Method -----------

1. Fill a glass with ice. 2. Add Cointreau, fresh lime juice and autumn pear juice. 3. Top off with sparkling water and stir briefly.

Garnish-----------

Garnish with a cinnamon stick to add the magical scent of Christmas.
