Six schoolchildren rescued after bus overturns into a ditch in Wisbech
None of the children are believed to have been injured
Six children have been rescued from an overturned bus that entered a water-filled ditch in Cambridgeshire.
Police, Ambulance and Fire crews were all called to Garden Lane at the junction of Leverington Common in Wisbech last night, around 5:14pm.
Six children were on board the school bus, and were all safely rescued. They are not believed to have been injured.
The bus driver's been taken to hospital with minor injuries, as a precaution.
Nearby Station Road was closed well into the evening as emergency services stayed at the scene.
