Plymouth man charged with murder after death of pedestrian

A man has been charged with murder after the death of a pedestrian in Plymouth earlier this week.
Police were called to Leigham Manor Drive at 8:55pm on Tuesday (March 21) after reports of collision between a car and a pedestrian.
The man, who died at the scene, has now been named as 42-year-old David Kelly from Plymouth.
36-year-old Luke Dann, of Beechwood Rise, Plymouth, has been charged with murder.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Plymouth Magistrates' Court today (March 25).
