Man from Weston-Super-Mare charged with terrorism offences
23 year old due to appear before Westminster Magistrates
A man from Weston-Super-Mare has been charged with terrorism offences.
Gabrielle Budasz, 23, of Drove Road, was arrested on Tuesday by police investigating material allegedly linked to an extreme right-wing ideology.
His charges relate to the collection of information containing information of a kind likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism and dissemination of terrorist publications to encourage people to engage in terrorism, or provide information that could be useful to terrorists.
The arrest follows an investigation by Counter Terrorism Policing South East, assisted by Counter Terrorism Policing South West and Avon and Somerset Police,
He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear before Westminster Magistrates later today.
