By Andrew Muirhead SWPL champions Glasgow City have been drawn to face French champions Paris St.Germain in the quarter finals of the UEFA Women's Champions League. It is the first time that both Glasgow City and PSG have reached this stage of the competition. However, it is still a daunting tie for City who face a side who defeated four time finalists & two time former winners Olympique Lyon in the last 16. If City can upset the odds against the French side and progress to the semi finals, they will face the winners of Wolfsburg v Rosengard. With the former being reigning Champions League holders. After the draw was announced, Glasgow City head coach Eddie Wolecki Black said: "At this stage of the competition you are always expecting a tough tie. There was never going to be an easy game in the quarter finals of the Champions League. "What I can say is that it is good for travel, we will get plenty information on them and what an exciting game for any player to have at any stage of their career. There is no doubt we are massive underdogs in the tie, but as PSG proved in the last round sometimes underdogs can win. It is a massive game for our club and also for our game and home City and hopefully one which Scotland can embrace and get behind us in numbers." The first leg will be played in Glasgow on the 21st or 22nd March, with the return leg in Paris on the 28th or 29th March.
