Rangers host Lech Poznan in their second game of the Europa League group stage.

Steven Gerrard's men are looking to build on their impressive opening win against Standard Liege in Belgium.

Here is the lowdown on the visitors to Ibrox.

Form

Poznan made the group stages the hard way, coming through four qualifiers with three of them away from home. They beat Hammarby 3-0, Apollon 5-0 and Charleroi 2-1 on the road. But they sit 10th in the Polish top flight with nine points from seven matches and lost 4-2 at home to Benfica in their group opener last week.

European pedigree

Poznan have had seven Europa League adventures in the past decade and have reached the group stages twice. The first time they beat Manchester City on their way to the last 16 in 2010-11 and they also got to the groups in 2015-16, after bowing out of the Champions League qualifiers. Their only previous encounter with Scottish opposition was a 3-0 aggregate defeat by Aberdeen during the Dons' run to 1983 European Cup Winners' Cup glory.

Key players

Sweden striker Mikael Ishak has scored nine goals in 12 games - including five strikes in the Europa League - since joining from Nuremberg in the summer. Poznan are captained by former Celtic defender Thomas Rogne, who played for the Hoops from 2010 to 2013 before spells at Wigan and IFK Gothenburg.

Manager

Poznan are the biggest club Dariusz Zuraw has managed, having spent his entire coaching career in Poland so far. He led Lech to second place in the league last season.
