St Mirren have agreed a two-year deal with former Australia youth international Keanu Baccus.
The 24-year old midfielder will join up with the Buddies once his visa approval is completed.
Baccus joins from Western Sydney Wanderers where he made over 100 A-League appearances and featured in the AFC Champions League.
He also represented his country at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics games.
The Paisley side are hopeful Baccus will arrive in time to join them during their training camp in Belfast.
After completing the signing, manager Stephen Robinson told the club's official website: "Keanu will provide a real energy and quality to the team.
"He’s a real athlete and gets about the pitch well. We believe he can go on to be a full Australian international.
"He’s young but he’ll bring a lot of good qualities and will enhance, not just our team, but the Scottish game."
