Scott McTominay has placed 18th in the 2025 Ballon d'or rankings.
The 28-year old has been recognised among the world's elite after a fantastic first season at Napoli.
McTominay scored 13 goals and got 6 assists as he played a big role in helping his side win the Serie A title.
He also continued his impressive form at international level - taking his goal tally for Scotland up to 12 in 61 caps.
The former Manchester United man ranked higher than the likes of Jude Bellingham, Declan Rice and Erling Haaland.
He finished just behind Robert Lewandowski in 17th and Vinicius Junior in 16th place.
McTominay was the first Scot since Ally McCoist in 1987 to be nominated for the award.
Denis Law is only Scot to have won the accolade over 60 years ago.
