Scotland to have two teams in Champions League qualifying next season
Five Scottish teams in total will enter UEFA competitions next campaign
Scotland will have two teams in the Champions League qualifiers next season, UEFA has confirmed.
Scotland will also have five teams in European competition in total rather than the four of recent seasons.
Improved co-efficient totals in recent seasons mean the Scottish Premiership runners-up will join the champions in the qualifying rounds of Europe's elite competition.
The winners of the Scottish Premiership will have two qualifying rounds to negotiate while the runners-up will enter a round earlier.
The Scottish Cup winners will enter the third qualifying round of the Europa League.
And two more teams from the Premiership will enter the new Europa Conference League at the second qualifying round.
