Ryan Edwards extends Partick Thistle stay

Ryan Edwards has pledged his future to Partick Thistle after agreeing a one-year extension to his current Jags deal, the club have announced.
The Australian midfielder featured in every one of the Firhill side's Premiership clashes last season.
Now the 23-year-old has been rewarded for his displays with a new contract stretching to the summer of 2019.
Edwards joined Thistle in September 2015 from English side Reading and has gone on to establish himself as an important part of Alan Archibald's squad
