The Croatian is injured and will not be available until after the World Cup break

Rangers striker Antonio Colak has been ruled out of their final match before the World Cup break.

The Scottish Premiership's top scorer won't be available for Saturday's trip to Paisley to take on St Mirren through injury.

Colak was substituted off during Wednesday's 1-0 win at home to Hearts.

The Croatia international has scored 11 league goals so far this campaign but won't be able to add to that until the Premiership resumes at the end of December.

Giovanni van Bronckhorst said: "We had to take him off on Wednesday.

"It's an injury that if you play midweek again he would probably make the squad, but with games in between it is impossible to get him ready for the game.

"So he is out but he will be fine for when we come back".
