Rangers have completed the signing of goalkeeper Jack Butland on a free transfer.

The 30-year old has penned a four-year deal with the Ibrox side after leaving Crystal Palace this summer.

He spent last season on loan at Manchester United but didn't make any appearances for Erik Ten Hag's side.

Butland becomes Michael Beale's third signing of the window with Kieran Dowell and Dujon Sterling already sealing their moves to Glasgow.

Beale has moved quickly to replace Allan McGregor who has left the club this summer after over 500 appearances.

Robby McCrorie is expected to remain and battle Butland for the number one spot.
