Rangers in talks with UEFA and Police Scotland over Napoli clash

Rangers have revealed they are in talks with UEFA and Police Scotland over whether their Champions League clash with Napoli will go ahead as planned.
The Ibrox side are due to host the Italians in their second group match on Tuesday - but those arrangements have been thrown into doubt following the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
All professional football matches across Scotland have already been postponed this weekend as a mark of respect.
Giovanni van Bronckhorst's side were due to travel to face Aberdeen on Saturday.
The club have now issued an update on their Champions League fixture with no decision having been made by Europe's governing body yet.
The statement read: "At this difficult time for the United Kingdom, we are cognisant of ongoing uncertainty regarding supporter arrangements and travel plans for next week.
"We are aware of policing and resource pressures, especially on Tuesday, 13th September.
"We can confirm that discussions are taking place between UEFA, Police Scotland and Rangers regarding our scheduled UEFA Champions League fixture v Napoli on Tuesday, 13th September.
"As present, the game is scheduled to take place at the scheduled date and time."
