Rangers youngster Charlie McCann leaves for Forest Green Rovers
The 20-year old has joined the English League One side on a permanent deal
Rangers midfielder Charlie McCann has left the club to join Forest Green Rovers on a permanent deal.
The 20-year old featured just three times for the Ibrox side this season and has been allowed to leave by Michael Beale.
McCann joined from Manchester United in 2021 but was unable to make a meaningful breakthrough into the first team at Ibrox.
Reports suggest the English League One side have paid a fee of £350,000 for the Northern Ireland youth international.
Beale said none of his first team players were likely to leave this window but some fringe players could exit.
The Ibrox boss has already moved to strengthen his midfield with Todd Cantwell joining from Norwich on a long-term deal.
Standard Liege's Nicolas Raskin and Swansea forward Morgan Whittaker could also make their way to Rangers before next week's transfer deadline.
