Oliver Abildgaard's loan spell at Celtic has been cut short.
The midfielder joined from Rubin Kazan in the summer bus failed to establish a regular spot in Ange Postecoglou's team.
The Denmark international had been linked with a January departure and that has now been confirmed.
Serie A side Hellas Verona have announced their capture of the 26-year old.
Abildgaard made just nine appearances after joining the Parkhead side, including coming on as a substitute in their 5-1 defeat to Real Madrid at the Bernabeu.
