No punishment for Morelos or Broadfoot

Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos and Kilmarnock defender Kirk Broadfoot won't face disciplinary action after clashing at Ibrox on Saturday.

The pair were involved in an incident after the half-time whistle during the 1-1 Premiership draw.

Broadfoot appeared to catch the Colombian with his studs before the Rangers striker reacted.

Morelos seemed to lash out at Broadfoot in retaliation to the 34-year-old appearing to drag his studs down the striker’s Achilles.

Neither will face punishment after Scottish FA compliance officer Clare Whyte failed to raise a fast track notice of complaint due to insufficient evidence of the incident.
