Scottish football has registered no new cases of Covid-19 for the second week running, Hampden bosses have confirmed.

A total of 789 Scottish Premiership players and team staff were tested for COVID-19 between Monday, July 13 and Sunday, July 19, with no positive results recorded.

The results were announced by the Scottish Football Association and Scottish Professional Football League's Joint Response Group following the third week of testing as clubs prepare to return to action in 10 days' time.

Only one unnamed Aberdeen player has so far registered a positive test but has already returned to training with the Reds.
