Lee McCulloch says his former teammate Nacho Novo is a fighter, after he was rushed to hospital with a suspected heart attack.
The 38-year-old had to undergo emergency surgery after playing in two games at a legends tournament in Germany.
McCulloch spoke to our sports reporter Ronnie Charters.
