Karamoko Dembele leaves Celtic as France move confirmed
Dembele has officially left Celtic and signed a four-year deal with French Ligue 1 side Stade Brestois
Karamoko Dembele has officially left Celtic and signed a four-year deal with French Ligue 1 side Stade Brestois.
The 19-year old was one of the hottest prospects in Scottish football while rising through the Hoops' academy.
However, he failed to make an impact under Ange Postecoglou last season after picking up an injury in a friendly against Bristol City during pre-season.
Dembele's future was up in the air with his contract running out this summer and the youth international has decided on a move to France.
After completing his move, Dembele said "I come to Brest because I saw that the project presented by Greg Lorenzi was good.
"It's something that suits me and I think I can have some playing time here. It was a great opportunity that presented itself to me and it interested me.
"I'm very explosive, I like to have fun and give it to the fans and of course I like to score and win”.
