Ianis Hagi set for Rangers move on transfer deadline day

Rangers are set to complete a deal for Romania international Ianis Hagi and have been linked with a move for Hibernian forward Florian Kamberi.

Attacking midfielder Hagi landed in Glasgow on Thursday ahead of a loan switch from Belgian champions Genk.

With Jermain Defoe suffering a calf injury, Rangers have reportedly made an attempt to sign Kamberi on loan with a view to a permanent summer transfer, but they face competition from clubs in Italy and Poland.

There could be more outgoings from Ibrox, with Middlesbrough the latest club to be linked to a move for winger Jordan Jones.
