Greg Kiltie has become St Mirren's third signing of the summer.

The 24-year old has been brought in on a free transfer after he knocked back a deal to stay at Kilmarnock.

He has gone on to make over 100 appearances for the Rugby Park side after progressing through their youth academy.

The midfielder also had spells out on loan at Queen of the South, Greenock Morton and Dunfermline.

Jim Goodwin has already added ex-Motherwell duo Charles Dunne and Curtis Main to his squad for next season.

The Buddies narrowly missed out on a top six place last campaign and also made it to the semi-finals of both domestic cup competitions.

Speaking to club's website, Kiltie said: "I spoke to the manager and he explained about the club and it's the right fit.

"The club sells itself. It's a very good club and showing ambition in terms of where it wants to get to as well.

"I play in front of the midfield and try to create opportunities or chip in with some goals so that's hopefully what I can do.

"I can't wait to get back at it with a new challenge ahead. I'm delighted to be here and can't wait to get going."
