Andy Robertson set to star for Liverpool in Champions League Final
The former Queen's Park left-back now plays for the Anfield side who take on Real Madrid on Saturday.
Andy Robertson is set to become the first Scot to play in a Champions league Final since 1997, when his Liverpool team faces Real Madrid tomorrow night.
The Scotland defender's career has certainly gone from strength to strength since he started out with Queen's Park in the bottom rung of Scottish football.
Scotland assistant coach James McFadden has worked with Robertson at international level, and says his attitude is first class.
Jackie McNamara was the Dundee United manager who brought Robertson to Tannadice in 2013, but admits the signing didn't go down well with some supporters.
Sean Dillon was his skipper at United, and says Robertson's made remarkable progress since his arrival on Tayside.
The defender moved to Hull in 2014 for a £2.85m fee, before signing a long-term deal for Liverpool in 2017.
He has also been capped 22 times for Scotland, grabbing two goals including one against England.
