Stephen Aitken says it's his love of football and a determination to succeed which allows him to juggle a busy Championship club with a part-time job at Rolls Royce.

Aitken heads straight from training with the Sons to night-shift, with a lack of sleep a normality for the 41-year-old.

He spoke to Ronnie Charters about all things Dumbarton, part-time work and giving up his holidays for coaching courses.
