Brian Rice extends Hamilton contract

The Accies boss has signed a new deal along with coaches Guillaume Beuzelin and Brian Potter

Hamilton have handed head coach Brian Rice an extended contract.

The Accies boss joined the club in 2019 and is looking to steer them clear of relegation for the third successive season.

Coaches Guillaume Beuzelin and Brian Potter have also committed their futures to the Lanarkshire side.

The club currently sit bottom of the Premiership with four matches to go - but chairman Allan Maitland is keen to show the faith he has in Rice and his backroom team.

Rice has won 20 of his 84 games in charge since take over from Martin Canning.

Hamilton finished 10th in the top flight in Rice's first season in charge before ending last year's curtailed campaign five points above relegated Hearts.
