Aaron Ramsey will need to wait for his next Rangers appearance after being ruled out on Wednesday's trip to St Johnstone.
The Wales international has played just 94 minutes for the Ibrox side since moving on loan from Juventus in January.
His last appearance came in their 4-2 win away to Borussia Dortmund in the Europa League.
Four other players will also miss their Premiership clash against Callum Davidson's side.
Giovanni van Bronckhorst has confirmed Steven Davis, Amad Diallo, Ryan Jack and Filip Helander won't feature at McDiarmid Park.
He said: "Ramsey, Davis, Amad, Jack and Helander are not available for tomorrow.
"Hopefully he will join the team very soon, he is already working out on the pitch again.
"Of course we wanted Aaron to be involved more than he is now but the most disappointed is Aaron himself.
"This is football - you almost never get an ideal scenario as a coach.
"He is very disappointed and looking forward to a return.
"Helander and Jack should be back for the weekend, Amad next week."
