Woman To Stand Trial For Kissing OAP

A woman is to face trial accused of sexually assaulting an 85 year-old woman by kissing her on the mouth. Mary McDonald, 55, denies sexually assaulting the elderly woman, who cannot be named, by kissing her on the mouth, at a care home in Stirlingshire on November 22 last year. At Stirling Sheriff Court, McDonald, from St Ninians, Stirling, pleaded not guilty to the alleged incident. Sheriff Wyllie Robertson set trial for April 15th, with a further pre-trial hearing on April 9.
