A woman is being treated for serious injuries after being struck by a bus in Glasgow.
The incident happened on the city's Broomielaw near the junction with Brown Street at about 12.30pm.
A 28-year-old woman is being treated at Glasgow Royal Infirmary, where staff describe her condition as serious.
Sergeant William Graham said: "The Broomielaw will have been busy around the time of the incident with motorists driving by as well as people on their lunch breaks.
"I would appeal to anyone who may have witnessed what happened to contact officers at the road policing department on 101.''
