Woman Dies After Being Trapped Between Car and Wall

A woman has died after becoming trapped between a wall and a car.

Emergency services were called to Royston Road in Glasgow at 1.15pm today following a report of a one-vehicle crash.

The 58-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

It is believed the car involved belonged to the woman.

A police spokeswoman said a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal and inquires are ongoing to establish the circumstances surrounding the death.
