VIDEO: Labour ousted from power in Glasgow but SNP fails to win overall control

The SNP has failed to take overall control of Glasgow City Council as Labour was ousted from power after almost 40 years.
But Nicola Sturgeon hailed it as a "fantastic, historic result" as the SNP became the biggest party in the city.
Almost three-quarters of the seats have been declared and the SNP can no longer reach the 43 needed to take majority control.
Labour has been in power in the city since 1980 but lost seats through gains in support for the SNP, Greens and the Tories.
Ms Sturgeon said: "This is the end of an era for Glasgow, but the start of an exciting new era.
"This is a fantastic, historic result in Glasgow."
Ms Sturgeon added: "We've won this election today or certainly we look as if we're on course to winning the election. I can't but feel proud of the SNP today.
"More seats, more votes, more councils won, bringing nearly 40 years of Labour administration to an end and becoming the largest party in all of our major cities."
She said: "What we've seen across Scotland today of course is the SNP vote holding firm. The SNP hasn't lost ground across Scotland today, what we've seen is the collapse of Labour and that's the reason for the increase in the Conservative vote.
"I think Labour really have a lot of soul searching to do, not just because of the result in Glasgow but because of their results across the country."
Scottish Labour leader Kezia Dugdale told the BBC News Channel that "Glasgow was a very strong Yes city", with voters backing independence in the 2014 referendum.
After the SNP won every seat in the city in the 2015 Westminster election and the 2016 Holyrood poll, she said Ms Sturgeon's party "should have walked it" in the council ballot.
Ms Dugdale said: "I know they (the SNP) are screaming and shouting just now and delighting in the result, but the reality is the SNP took every single seat in that city in 2015, every single seat in 2016, they should have walked it.
"But it looks like they're not going to get an overall majority in Glasgow."
