Urgent Call for Donations to Drumchapel Foodbank

Published 9th Apr 2015

Donations of tinned meals and vegetables are desperately needed at a Glasgow foodbank.

Oonagh Brown from the Drumchapel service has told Clyde News they might have to cut down the amount of food the foodbank distributes if things don't pick up soon.

The service supports around thirty individuals and families by providing them with seven-day food parcels. With donations tailing off, more are needed to keep up with demand.

Donations can be dropped off at the centre on Ladyloan Place or Sainsbury's in Drumchapel.
