Three 16-year-old boys have been taken to hospital - one with a stab wound - after a "large-scale disturbance'' at a Glasgow park.
The alarm was raised about an ongoing incident in Clarkston at about 7.45pm on Tuesday.
A Police Scotland helicopter was deployed to the scene.
The teenager with a stab wound remains in hospital, where staff say he is in a stable condition.
Another boy was being treated for a head injury at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, but was later released.
The third sustained minor injuries.
Detective Sergeant Jim McLauchlan from Cathcart CID said: “We believe this to be an isolated incident involving two separate groups of teenagers in the area and extensive enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances around what happened.
“Police are following a positive line of enquiry in relation to the incident and I would urge any members of the public who were in the park yesterday evening and witnessed a disturbance, or anything at all suspicious, to get in touch.
The incident took place on the day pupils across Scotland received their exam results.
Additional patrols will take place in the area to provide reassurance to the local community.
