Two men in court after murder in Carnwadric
Two men have appeared in the dock at Glasgow High Court accused of murdering a 61-year-old man in his home.
Terence Morgan, 32, and Michael Toal, 49, are alleged to have repeatedly stabbed Alan Ritchie and murdered him at flat 95, 70 Kennishead Avenue, Glasgow, on March 10.
They are also charged with attempting to defeats the ends of justice by disposing of two knives in Auldhouse Bruen and disposing of a North Face jacket at Auldhouse Burn near to Kennishead Avenue, Glasgow on March 10.
Both men pleaded not guilty.
No trial can be set because of the coronavirus crisis.
Lord Arthurson continued the case to another hearing in September.
Both accused are on remand.
