Two Men Attacked In Glasgow City Centre
Two men have been seriously assulted in Glasgow City Centre.
Police were called to a disturbance on Sauchiehall Street involving eight people during the early hours of yesterday morning.
The men, aged 32 and 28, were taken to the city's royal infirmary.
Detective Constable Colette Courtney said: “We have been examining CCTV and can see that Sauchiehall Street and the surrounding area were busy with pedestrians at the time of the disturbance.
“I would appeal to anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information to contact police via the non-emergency number 101. Alternatively you can contact CRIMESTOPPERS on 0800 555 111 where anonymity will be maintained.”
