Two men arrested after M8 disruption

Two men have been arrested after an obstruction was caused on the M8 eastbound earlier.
Officers were called to the incident near junction 26 at around midday.
It follows reports traffic had been slowed down.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers were made aware of two vehicles causing an obstruction on the M8 eastbound near junction 26 around midday on Friday 18 March 2022.
"Two men, aged 29 and 54, have been charged with road traffic offences."
