Two men have appeared in court charged with murdering Paul Bexley and attempting to murder another man.

25 year-old Ryan Gauley 23 year-old and William Gauley allegedly punched and kicked him on the head and body and struck him on the body with a knife, or similar instrument.
The pair are accused with carrying the murder of Paul, 23, at his flat at Baldovan Crescent, Easterhouse in Glasgow’s east end on September 24.
They are also accused of carrying out a murder bid on Mark Bexley at the same address by repeatedly striking him with a knife, or similar instrument.
William Gauley faces a further charge of assaulting Gillian Walker on the same street by pushing her on the body and hitting her on the head with a bottle, or similar instrument, to her injury.
The men, from Easterhouse, appeared from private at Glasgow Sheriff Court yesterday (Wed).
They made no plea and were remanded in custody by sheriff Margaret Liddell.
They will appear for a full committal hearing next week.
Paul was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary and was pronounced dead a short time later
