Two Held in Human Trafficking Probe
Two people have been arrested as part of an operation into alleged human trafficking.
The arrests followed a series of raids on properties across Scotland on Friday, carried out under the operation codenamed Wolfberry.
It is understood that eight people were recovered following searches of addresses in the Fife, Tayside, Lanarkshire and Dumfries & Galloway areas.
A 44-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman have been arrested and charged with human trafficking and "related offences'', Police Scotland confirmed.
They were due to appear at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.
